Shredded Chicken

Clean up half of the chicken, boil one green onion, three slices of ginger, a few peppers, a little salt, and the chicken in a pot with water.

Boil the chicken until there is no blood in the chicken with chopsticks. (About 10 minutes or so)

Take the cooked chicken out and put it in cold water to make a little bit crisper.

Shred red and green peppers

Finely chop green onion, garlic, and ginger.

Boil the water in the pot, cut the green, red pepper shreds, and water-fat fungus into the pot and remove them for later use.

Tear the chicken into long pieces by hand,

Put red pepper, green pepper shreds, ginger, green onion, garlic, fungus, and coriander into the chicken.

Then add salt, monosodium glutamate, salt-baked chicken powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
10.
Mix the chicken with your hands.
11.
A plate of fresh, tender and smooth shredded chicken is served.
