Shredded Chicken Salad with Basil Tomatoes

Add chicken breast with green onion, ginger, rice wine and cold water, cook for 10 minutes (change to low heat after boiling), turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Insert and pull out the chopsticks. If there is no blood clotting, it is fully cooked (the picture shows 2 chicken breasts, and 1 is used in this article)

Take it out and let it cool, tear it into filaments for later use

Chopped tomatoes, add all the seasonings and mix well

Chop the basil, grind the tender ginger, place it on the chopped tomatoes, and mix well before serving. Serve.
Tips:
★ There are two ways to make the chicken shreds more juicy, one is to add 1 teaspoon of water to the sauce, and the other is to add fat to the chicken shreds (not in the sauce).
★ The chicken breast can be steamed, and the taste will not change much after being torn into filaments.
