Shredded Chicken with Cold Sauce

The chicken is baked with salted chicken powder and salted ginger soy sauce for 15 minutes and then steamed in a pot. When the water is boiled, use a low heat when the steam comes up, but it should not be too bad. It tastes better if you mix it smaller
