Shredded Chicken with Leek, Flower and Onion

Prepare raw materials;

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, and a few drops of oil to the shredded chicken breast, then marinate for two or three minutes;

Tips:
1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and then add salt, starch, cooking wine and other seasoning to marinate. Add a few drops of oil and stir-fry the chicken shreds to be more tender and smooth;
2. When frying, sauté the onions first, and then add the chicken shreds that have been flavored in advance after the onions are sautéed. After the chicken shreds change color, add the chives flowers, stir-fry for a few times, add salt to taste, and then fry the chives flowers to change the color. It can be done after it becomes soft.
