Shredded Chicken with Mustard

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add chicken breast, green onions, ginger slices, pepper and cooking wine to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer until the chicken is cooked through. It can be easily inserted with chopsticks.

Let the cooked chicken cool slightly and tear it into filaments. Grate cucumbers and carrots and set aside.

Boil the vermicelli with water to soften.

Remove the cold water and set aside.

Put chicken shreds, carrot shreds and cucumber shreds in a bowl.

Add vermicelli, salt and mix well.
7.
Pour the salad sauce on the plate.
8.
Add some sesame oil.
