Shredded Cranberry Toast
1.
Put all the main dough in the bread machine except the butter, and start the ACA bread machine dough program. Add the softened butter for about 20 minutes, continue to knead the dough until the film is formed, cover the lid of the bread machine and ferment at room temperature to double the size
2.
The fermented dough will not shrink or collapse when dipped in flour by hand
3.
Take out the exhaust gas, divide into 5 equal parts, rub the circle and cover with plastic wrap to relax for about 10 minutes
4.
Roll out a small portion of dough into a beef tongue shape. The width is about the same as the toast box. Melt 6 grams of butter and add 6 grams of condensed milk and stir evenly. Brush on the thin slices, sprinkle with dried cranberries, roll a thin slice to cover it, and repeat the brushing oil and sprinkle cranberries. Repeat 5 layers stacked
5.
Fold and cut into 4 portions
6.
The incision is facing upwards, gently place it in the toast box, and put it in the oven for proofing at about 37 degrees. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven to increase the humidity.
7.
Proof until the toast box is 8 or 9 minutes full, take it out, brush with egg wash, sprinkle some coconut, and preheat the oven at 180 degrees
8.
Put the toast box into the preheated ACA North American electric oven, the bottom layer is 180 degrees. About 25 minutes. (Time and temperature are for reference only), cover with tin foil when it is colored
9.
After roasting, take it out and shake out the heat, demould and let cool
