Shredded Enoki Mushroom and Jellyfish

Wash enoki mushrooms and jellyfish, drain and set aside for later use, stir-fry white sesame seeds until fragrant.

After boiling the water in the pot, add enoki mushrooms and jellyfish to blanch in water for 10 seconds. Drain the water in cold water and set aside

Put salt, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl, mix well to make a sauce

Minced garlic, diced pepper, cut coriander into small pieces and set aside

Put the enoki mushrooms and jellyfish in a bowl, add the minced garlic, chili, coriander, cooked white sesame seeds and seasonings and mix well.
