Shredded Five-spice Roasted Bran

Prepare roast bran, soak black fungus with water

Wash the soaked black fungus and control the water, tear the roasted bran into even pieces by hand, prepare the chopped green onion, star anise and rock sugar

First boil the roasted bran in a pan under cold water, then pick it up, rinse with running water while squeezing it by hand, wash off the white mucus, and then control the water

After the water in the pot is boiled, blanch the black fungus and pick it up

Pour the oil in a hot pan, and fry the star anise and rock sugar with warm oil until it melts.

Then put the black fungus and roasted bran into the pot and stir fry until it tastes delicious and add salt to taste

Add the braised soy sauce and stir-fry the flavor of the sauce, then cook in water

Cover and cook until there is about one-third of the juice, open the lid and turn to high heat, add the five-spice powder and cook for a while, then turn off the heat and bring out the pot.

Tips:
1. The roasted bran must be boiled under cold water and washed with water to remove the white foam, so that the roasted bran will not have a sour taste when it is cooked.
2. I like to leave a little juice in the final collection, which will have a better taste.
