Shredded Garlic Bacon

Prepare the ingredients.

Shred the louvers, blanch them with boiling water, and drain the water for later use.

Peel the bacon and cut into thin slices.

Wash garlic and cut into sections; cut ginger into thin strips.

Heat the pot, add a little oil, pour the bacon, and stir-fry to get the oil.

Tips:
1. Bacon and bean paste are very salty, use salt moderately.
2. Stir the bacon first and then stir-fry without being greasy.
