Shredded King Pleurotus

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and set aside. There are many ways to make pleurotus eryngii, and the taste of eryngii mushrooms is very good, a bit like pork belly; you might as well try it;

Put the cleaned Pleurotus eryngii in a steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat; if you are not sure about the time, just use chopsticks to insert the Pleurotus eryngii and pass it through easily;

Take out the steamed Pleurotus eryngii and let it cool for a while, tear it into thin strips by hand, remember to wear disposable gloves;

Cut some chopped green onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, and spicy millet rings on top of eryngii mushrooms;

Seasoning juice: Stir evenly with appropriate amount of sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt;
6.
Pour the sauce prepared in step 5 on the eryngii mushrooms.
