The shredded pork with Beijing sauce is a traditional Beijing style dish. It uses pork tenderloin as the main ingredient, supplemented by Beijing’s “Liu Biju” special yellow sauce and other condiments, cooked with “Sauce Boom” which is one of the “Six Booms”, a unique cooking technique in the North. The color is ruddy and the sauce has a rich aroma.

Shredded Pork in Beijing Sauce

1. Dried tofu, chopped green onion, shredded and put on a plate

2. Put sesame oil in the pot

3. Stir-fried pork turns color out of the pan

4. Adjust the sauce, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, ground ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, dilute with a little water
