A very delicious dish. I used to go to a restaurant to eat it. I tried to make it at home. It tastes very good and the recipe is relatively simple. "

Shredded Pork in Beijing Sauce

1. Wash the tofu skin, cut into pieces, and steam for 10 minutes.

2. Shred the tenderloin.

3. Add the soy sauce, cooking wine and starch to the shredded pork and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Shred the green onions.

5. Wash and shred cucumbers.

6. Put the sweet noodle sauce in a bowl, add sugar and sesame oil, mix well,

7. Heat oil in a pot, add shredded pork, stir fry until white and serve.

8. Leave a little oil in the pan, add the minced ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

9. Add the shredded pork and stir fry, so that the shredded pork is evenly covered with sauce, then take it out and serve it on a plate, roll it with tofu slices and eat it.

Tips:

When frying the sauce, use a low heat, the sauce will become mushy when the heat is high.
