Shredded Pork Pancake

To make noodles and make cakes, hot noodles should be used in order not to be hard. 30% of the noodles are reconciled with hot water, and 70% of the noodles are reconciled with warm water. Roll out into cakes and set aside. Brush the cake with oil, cut a mouth with a knife, roll it up along one side, and then roll it flat. This makes the cake soft and multi-layered. Bake the cakes in a frying pan and cut them into shreds.
