Shredded Pork with Bell Pepper

1. Soak the colored peppers in vegetable and fruit dishwashing liquid for 1 minute

2. Shredded bell peppers

3. Shred the tenderloin (to top stubble, not too thin)

4. Shredded fungus

5. Scallions, ginger shreds, garlic slices

6. Minced pork with egg white

7. Add starch and stir well

8. Oil temperature slides at 50 degrees

9. Remove the oil control and set it on a plate for later use
