Shredded Pork with Chicken Sauce

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Cut the green onions into thin slices as shown in the picture.

3. Shred the chicken, add an appropriate amount of starch, and mix well.

4. Wash the lettuce and soak it in salt water for a while to sterilize it.

5. In another empty bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, one spoon of tomato hot sauce, one spoon of starch, and one spoon of water, mix well.

6. Stir well until the starch is fused.

7. Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

8. Add chicken shreds and stir fry to change color.

10. Arrange the lettuce on a plate.

11. Shovel in the shredded pork with sauce.

12. Put the scallions on it.

13. Pour the remaining oil in the pot onto the shallots.
