Shredded Pork with Double Pepper and Golden Needle

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the green and red peppers, shred them; add salt and starch to the shredded pork, mix well and set aside.

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them.

Boil the enoki mushrooms in boiling water for a while, no more than 30 seconds.

Heat the oil in the pot to loosen the shredded pork; set aside.

Add green and red pepper shreds in the remaining oil and stir well.
