Modern people are increasingly pursuing natural taste. Only naturally grown food can cook its unique taste. I am very fortunate to be tried by the small spring bamboo shoots. This small bamboo shoot comes from the wild. Not only is it fresh and tender, it has a crispy texture. And it's very delicious. Some shredded pork is added to release all the umami flavor of the bamboo shoots, so there is no need to add chicken essence when cooking.

Shredded Pork with Spring Bamboo Shoots and Watercress

1. What you need to prepare is the ingredients.

2. Peel off the shell of the small spring bamboo shoots and wash them for later use.

3. Cut the tenderloin into shredded pork, add a little salt, and marinate in cooking wine for about 15 minutes.

4. Put a little water and salt in the pot.

5. Cut the small spring bamboo shoots and set aside.

6. After the water is boiled, add the small spring bamboo shoots and blanch them, and then rinse them with cold water.

7. Put edible oil in the pot, put the shredded pork in the oil, and stir-fry the shredded bamboo shoots together.

8. Add watercress and stir fry together.

9. Add salt and stir fry evenly.

10. Put a little water in and cover the pot.

11. Wait until the soup is almost dry.

Tips:

Add a little salt when blanching the water to make the food color more beautiful. The best choice for shredded pork is tenderloin. Tenderloin is especially tender when used as shredded pork.
