Simple and quick cold side dishes. There is no oily smoke produced by fried potato shreds, low fat and low calorie, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

Shredded Potato

1. Shred or shred potatoes and soak in water.

2. Shred or shred carrots and soak in water.

3. Shred the green pepper. You can add a pinch of salt to marinate.

4. Finely chop garlic.

5. If you like the spicy one, chop the dried chili and put the pepper together for later use.

6. Put oil in the pot and burn until it slightly smokes.

7. Add the pepper and chili, turn to low heat and fry for 5 minutes.

8. At the same time, start another pot, boil water and add all the shredded vegetables except the green peppers. Blanch for 3-4 minutes. Remove and put in cold water for later use.

9. Drain all the ingredients and put them in a large basin, sprinkle with minced garlic. Pour the chili oil strainer over the minced garlic. If you don’t like it spicy, you can just add it with hot oil. Finally add all the seasonings listed and mix well. Plate.

Tips:

If you are afraid of trouble, you don't need to make your own chili oil, just add one tablespoon of the ready-made chili oil you bought. The cold potato shreds are mainly made of potatoes. Other ingredients, such as green peppers and carrots can be replaced with other vegetables.
