Shredded Radish

Wash the red radish, remove the two ends and the middle part that feels unclean, and cut into thin slices diagonally

Cut into filaments, wash the coriander and cut into 3 or 4 cm long sections

Add salt and sugar to a small bowl, add vinegar, light soy sauce and old oil, mix until the salt and sugar melt
4.
Put the shredded radish and coriander in a large pot, pour the juice in and mix well
5.
Just install it
Tips:
Radishes go well with coriander, if you don’t like coriander, you can replace it with shredded chili. Old oil is the cooked oil that has been fried once.
