Shredded Radish

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Cut the radish into thin strips, and cut the parsley into small pieces.

Put salt, sugar, chicken powder and light soy sauce in a small bowl.

Add vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil. (If you don’t like spicy taste, omit the chili oil)

Stir well.

Pour into shredded radish, stir evenly to taste.
