Shredded Radish Seafood Soup
1.
Wash the white radish and paint into filaments.
2.
For the live prawns I prepared, cut off the prawn silks and remove the prawn threads for later use.
3.
Wash the fresh oyster meat to remove impurities, wash it with water several times, pour some cooking wine to remove the fishy, and set aside.
4.
Prepare the chopped green onion and cut the ginger into thin strips.
5.
Heat a spoonful of peanut oil, add green onion and ginger, and fry until fragrant.
6.
Saute the green onion and ginger until fragrant, add water, add white pepper, and bring to a boil.
7.
Add the prawns after the water is hot, and continue to heat until the water boils.
8.
After the water boils, add the shredded radish and continue heating.
9.
After adding the shredded radish, wait 2 minutes for the soup to boil before adding the oysters. Pay attention that the oysters can be placed in the pot for 3 minutes. In this way, the oysters will not be cooked and are very tender.
10.
Skim the floating powder on the surface, add an appropriate amount of salt, serve and add the coriander powder.
Tips:
Pay attention to the time from placing the oysters to the pan. It should not be too long. If it is too long, the oysters will grow old, which is just 3 minutes. This soup is delicious and very good.
