Shredded Radish Shrimp Soup

Shred the green radish, blanch it, cook and remove for later use.

Put the ginger and shallots in hot oil, add the shrimps and stir-fry well, pour the green radish and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in water, add shrimp, add cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, and pepper and stir well. After the shrimp are cooked, they can be out of the pot.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
