Shredded Squid

The squid removes the black film impurities and cleans it.

Cut the flower knife first, then cut into long filaments.

Wash the celery, red pepper, and ginger separately and cut into filaments. Add salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch to the cut squid and pickle it for flavor.

Heat the wok and pour the oil, add the squid and ginger shreds and stir-fry quickly.

Add light soy sauce and taste with a little sugar.

Then add the celery and stir fry the red pepper.

Add a little salt, monosodium glutamate, and pepper and stir well.

Put it out of the pan and serve it on the plate.
