Shredded Tomato Shrimp with Ginger

Wash the prawns and cut off the prawn silk, pick out the prawn thread

Prepare homemade tomato sauce

Wash green onion and ginger, shred, smash garlic

Saute the shallots, ginger and garlic, add the prawns and stir-fry until the prawns change color
