Shredded Turnip Meatloaf

1. Wash the carrots and set aside. The pork belly, please add green onion and ginger to mince the pork, and chop the small shallots for later use.

2. First, shred the carrots.

3. After rubbing all into silk, add a little salt and stir.

4. Soon, the water in the radish was pickled out.

5. Squeeze the shredded radish to remove the moisture.

6. After the wok is heated, pour an appropriate amount of oil, and put the meat in the pan and stir fry.

7. Stir-fry until the color changes and then change the heat to low heat and slowly fry until golden brown.

8. Mince small chives.

9. After the meat is fried until golden brown, pour in the chives and stir, then add some salt and pepper.

10. Turn off the heat immediately after mixing evenly.

11. Pour shredded radish into the pot and stir evenly.

12. The shredded radish mince is ready, you can taste the saltiness.

13. Put the flour in the basin and beat in two eggs.

14. Add white granulated sugar to the small basin and dissolve it with warm water.

15. Add yeast and stir well.

16. Pour the yeast water into the flour and stir with chopsticks.

17. Take the chopsticks and knead it into a smooth dough with your hands. Cover the lid and let it rise to double its size in a warm place.

18. After the proofed dough is pressed down with your fingers, it will not retract.

19. Take out the dough to fully exhaust.

20. After kneading into long strips, cut into the same size, about 50 grams per dough.

23. Pack the shredded radish filling.

24. Tighten your mouth with a tiger's mouth and squeeze it tightly, or like a bun.

25. Use a rolling pin to gently roll into a cake.

26. Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it to a low heat.

27. Put the finished pie into the pan and fry until golden.

28. Turn over and continue to fry after one side is golden.

29. Serve ready to serve.

Tips:

When frying the minced meat, fry on a high fire and then change the color to a low fire and fry slowly. It needs to be stir-fried continuously, otherwise it will be easy to paste the bottom.
When pancakes, you can cover the pan during the frying process to make the pan evenly heated.
