Shrimp and Black Pepper Pasta
1.
Prepare the ingredients, clean them, add appropriate amount of water to the pot and start to boil
2.
After the water is boiled, add a little salt and a little oil
3.
Add the pasta. About 1/3 of the pasta is used for a 500g pack of pasta. Don’t stir it, wait for it to soften, and finally stir it. Cover the pot, leave a seam, cook for 8 minutes on medium and low heat, and slice the shiitake mushrooms. Dice tomatoes and shred peppers
4.
After the noodles are cooked, remove the cold water twice, drain and set aside
5.
Heat up the wok, pour a little more oil, add the Arctic prawns and stir-fry until the surface is golden (about 1 minute), and set aside. Leave the excess oil in the pan. The oil of the fried prawns is more fragrant, then pour in the mushrooms and stir. Stir-fry until the surface is slightly yellow
6.
Add green pepper and stir fry for a while, pour in the pasta and stir fry
7.
Add a little salt, freshly ground black pepper, pizza straw, stir fry evenly, then add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
8.
Stir-fry evenly, take out the pan and serve
9.
Finished product
Tips:
The black pepper must be freshly ground to taste enough. The pizza straw is the same spice as the black dots sprinkled on the pizza. If not, you can leave it alone.
