Shrimp and Broccoli

Ingredients: shrimp and broccoli. Remove the head and shell of the fresh prawns, gently pull out the back shrimp string, break the broccoli into pieces and set aside.

Blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes until cooked and set aside.

Blanch the shrimps until they change color and remove them for later use.

Stir ginger with hot oil

Stir-fry broccoli over high heat.

Put a spoonful of salt after adding the shrimps, pour in water starch and chicken essence and stir fry to collect the juice and out of the pot, then set the shape.
Tips:
Broccoli should be fried, broccoli is not easy to cook, shrimps are not easy to cook for too long, and the color can be fished out.
