Shrimp and Celery Leaf Cake

Wash the celery leaves, drain the water, chop them, add two eggs and mix well, then add flour and mix well

Add the washed and drained shrimp skins, mix well, add half a teaspoon of salt, mix well, brush the pan with oil

Pour in the batter and spread it out with a spatula, fry on one side and turn it over, then fry on both sides
Tips:
I used light-dried shrimp skins, which are basically non-salty. If you use shrimp skins that are salty, please use the amount of salt as appropriate.
