Shrimp and Cheese Savory Pie

Prepare the necessary ingredients;

Sift low-gluten flour twice;

Spread greased paper on the baking tray, place the pressed pie crust neatly on the baking tray, divide the cheese slices into small pieces, place them on the pie crust, and then put the shrimp and cheese powder;

Cover with another piece of pie crust, press the edges tightly, and use a fork to make small holes neatly on the edge;

The oven temperature is 200 degrees, and the fire is up and down for 20 minutes. After preheating, put the baking tray in the middle of the oven to bake;

After baking for half of the time, take out the baking tray, brush the surface with egg wash, and then put it back to continue baking until the oven stops working.
Tips:
The low-gluten flour is sifted twice, in order to make the dough have a better crispness, and the finished product will be more crispy and delicious when it is baked.
This recipe uses a Midea smart electric oven, model T7-L384D, with a capacity of 38L and a power of 1800W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
