Shrimp and Egg Custard

Prepare the ingredients

The shrimps are mixed with cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, pepper, and marinated for a while

Beat the eggs, add some salt, chicken powder and egg water and mix well

Filter twice

Boil the water in the pot, put it in the steamer, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pierce a few holes with toothpicks, and steam for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes the egg liquid has basically solidified, put the shrimp on it, and steam it for about 5 minutes

Take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion, top with sesame oil and light soy sauce
Tips:
Strain it twice and wrap the mouth of the bowl with plastic wrap so that the egg custard is smooth and has no bubbles.
