Shrimp and Egg Pancakes

Tips:
The fresh shrimp should be marinated in advance, which can effectively remove the fishy and taste better. If you are in a hurry in the morning, marinate it at night before going to bed, and you can make it in the morning to make it taste better.
The prepared batter should not be too dry, it should be slightly thinner, and it can be free-flowing yogurt-like.
