Shrimp and Fresh Meat Wonton

Stir the lean meat into stuffing, smash the onion, buy ready-made shrimp, wonton wrapper.

Put all the seasonings (except the chicken essence) into the meat and stir, add the onion, and put some sesame oil (you can put a little bit more without cooking oil) so that the meat filling is adjusted and you can wrap the wontons.

Put half a shrimp in the middle of the prepared meat filling, (the shrimp is too big, put half or one third) the shrimp is too big to fit.

Fold the wonton wrapper in half, soak the side with chopsticks to make the sticky firmer.
5.
When the bottom two corners meet, it's all right, very simple.
6.
Put some chicken essence, coriander and light soy sauce in the soup of boiled wonton.
