Shrimp and Jade Mashed Potatoes
1.
Prepare the ingredients, the potatoes are steamed by the way when the rice is steamed at noon. I also used a small spoonful of steamed rice and I forgot to take it. Live shrimp must be used for the baby, so you can eat it at ease. Buy live prawns and put them in the refrigerator to make it easier to shell.
2.
Remove the head and shell of the shrimp, and also pick out the black line on the abdomen
3.
Open the back to remove the shrimp thread
4.
Finely chop the green onion, ginger and parsley, soak them in water to get the fragrance, then put the peeled shrimp in soak for 10 minutes, then remove the shrimp
5.
Bring the water in the pot to a boil, turn off the low heat, add the shrimps, blanch on low heat until cooked, remove the shrimps and set aside
6.
In addition, cut the small rapeseed and blanch it with boiling water until cooked. The emerald color depends on this green vegetable. This amount of water is like a small bowl or half a bowl, because this water is used to stir potatoes, so just put the amount you need, not too much
7.
Finally, peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into pieces, put them in the cooked vegetables along with the shrimp and rice, and put a little bit of rice to make the mashed potatoes more delicate. I used 4 shrimps, save one for decoration
8.
Finally add a little bit of walnut oil and beat it into a puree with a cooking stick
9.
The prepared mashed potatoes, green vegetables, and tender shrimps still taste very good even though there is no salt in it. The baby likes it. You can eat two bowls of rice in a small bowl like this.
Tips:
This mashed potato is for babies, so there is no salt. Older children or adults can add salt and pepper to taste.
