Shrimp and Leek

Shrimp, chives.

Pick up the shrimp intestines and wash them. Use a knife to slice into half from the middle of the back. Cut the leek into sections.

Shrimp with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar, mix well.

Stir-fry the shrimps in a hot oil pan to discolor them.
5.
Set aside and stir fry the leeks.
6.
Stir-fry the leeks until soft and season with salt.
Tips:
People with tonsillitis, nasal pus and otitis media should not eat leeks.
