[shrimp and Mustard Greens]

Wash the mustard greens and cut them into thin strips, and cut the mustard heads into slices.

Add proper amount of lard and stir-fry with mustard greens.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry until soft.

Add a handful of dried shrimps. I am light dried shrimps. It is not salty. If it is salty, the salt is moderate.

Stir-fry for three minutes on medium heat. My family likes to eat a little bitter, too raw and bitter taste will be heavier. According to everyone's preference, add a little water starch and chicken essence before cooking.
