Shrimp and Pumpkin Bisque

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces, and then cut a small piece of pumpkin into soybean-sized pieces.

2. Wash the onion and garlic and chop them into fine pieces.

3. Steam the large pieces of pumpkin.

4. Wash the shrimps, cook them, and peel them for later use.

5. The cooked pumpkin is made into a paste with milk.

6. Add a little oil to the small milk pot, add chopped onion and chopped garlic and stir-fry to create a flavor.

7. Put the pumpkin diced into the stir fry.

8. Add appropriate amount of water to boil the pumpkin cubes.

9. Pour the pumpkin paste into the pot and stir well.

10. Put the peeled shrimp in, add a little black pepper and salt to taste.
