Shrimp and Scallop Steamed Egg

Tips:
The ratio of egg liquid and soup water should be kept at about 1:1. Too little soup will make the taste old, and too much soup will not form. Steamed eggs must be steamed after removing the blisters to avoid stomata and excessive water vapor entering the egg liquid.
