This is a very simple homemade steamed egg with dried shrimps and scallops. The taste is delicious and smooth, which makes people appetite. Rich in protein, low sugar and low fat, it is suitable for most people.

Shrimp and Scallop Steamed Egg

1. Wash dried shrimps and soak in water for 30 minutes

2. After washing the scallops, add 1 spoon of cooking wine and 1 piece of ginger

3. The dried shrimps are filtered out of the water, the scallops are filtered out and the soup is torn into silk, and the soup is reserved for later use

4. Beat the eggs into egg liquid, the ratio of egg liquid to soup water is 1:1, and then add the scallop soup

5. Add half a teaspoon of salt and mix well

6. Skim off the foam and cover with a layer of plastic wrap

7. Then use a toothpick to pierce 3 to 4 small holes

8. Add water to the steamer to boil, put in the egg mixture, and steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes, then it will be out of the pot

9. Drizzle with a little sesame oil and light soy sauce

Tips:

The ratio of egg liquid and soup water should be kept at about 1:1. Too little soup will make the taste old, and too much soup will not form. Steamed eggs must be steamed after removing the blisters to avoid stomata and excessive water vapor entering the egg liquid.
