Shrimp and Shiitake Wonton

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into small cubes

Peel the carrots and cut into small dices

Chop the chives

Put the above cut ingredients into a bowl, and add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce

Mix in one direction

Shell the shrimp and marinate it with cooking wine

Then cut the shrimp in two

Put the wonton wrapper in your palm, add the mixed shrimp and lean meat in the middle

Tips:
Note: When cooking wontons, add a bowl of cold water in the middle, so that after two times of cooking, the meat is easy to cook, and the skin will not be broken
