Shrimp and Tofu

Carrot slices, thick tofu, marinated with light soy sauce and pepper.

Add carrot diced to garnish.

Steam on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Take out the steamed soup.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, corn starch and water to thicken.

Pour the gorgon juice to finish.
