Shrimp and Tofu Meatballs

Prepare ingredients: Antarctic krill meat, tofu, fried flour, chives, etc.;

Thaw Antarctic krill meat at room temperature;

Tofu is crushed with a spoon, the more crushed the better;

Add the krill meat, fried powder, chives, five-spice powder, and salt to the tofu and stir evenly;

Knead into small balls with your hands;

The finished balls are wrapped in a layer of fried powder, and the finished balls are as shown in the figure;

Heat the pan, pour in the right amount of peanut oil, and put in the balls; PS: You can deep-fry several times

Fry until golden brown, remove it, and dry the oil with absorbent paper
Tips:
1. Different tofu has different moisture content, and the amount of fried powder is slightly different;
2. With the above ingredients, you can make 30 or 40 meatballs, deep-fried several times in a small pot;
3. Don't make the balls too big, the smaller ones are easy to cook;
