Shrimp and tofu pot, the kind with fresh eyebrows, do you want to eat it?

Shrimp and Tofu Pot

1. Japanese tofu cut into pieces and coated with cornstarch

2. Heat oil in a pot, add Japanese tofu and fry until golden on both sides

3. Remove the prawns from the prawn line, save the head of the prawns for later use, add salt and cooking wine to marinate

4. Saute the minced garlic in the pan, add the shrimp heads and fry the shrimp oil, add tomatoes and stir fry

5. Add boiling water to the ingredients, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, pick out the shrimp heads

6. Add enoki mushrooms, top with fried tofu, and prawns, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, sprinkle appropriate amount of green onion to garnish before serving.
