Shrimp and Vermicelli in Clay Pot

1. Soak the vermicelli in cold water to soften and drain. Shred ginger, cut garlic into small slices or mince

2. Jiwei shrimp trimming must remove the intestinal mud, clean and drain the water

3. Put the Jiwei shrimp into a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon Erguotou, a little salt, and marinate for 10 minutes

4. Cold pan, cold oil, add the marinated Jiwei shrimp, stir fry to change color, and set aside

5. Leave the bottom oil in the wok, add shredded ginger, garlic slices, and oyster sauce, and stir until fragrant

6. Add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, Erguotou, pepper, and boil on high heat

7. Add vermicelli, stir-fried prawns, simmer for a while

Tips:

1. The species of shrimp can depend on your preference, or you can add a little more.
