Shrimp and White Radish

Peel and shred the white radish.

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the shrimps, pour in the sliced radish, fry them and season them with salt, oyster sauce and white pepper, sprinkle with green onions and serve on a plate.
Tips:
The fire should be a little bigger and the cooking time should not be too long.
