Shrimp Ball and White Fungus Soup-bright and Bright Umami

The white fungus is soaked in boiling water to swell and become soft. Prepare the fresh prawns, chop the green onions;

White fungus cleans the old roots and picks them into small flowers;

Tips:
Tremella is best to be soaked in boiling water. After soaking, remove the unopened part, especially the light yellow part.
Eating spoiled white fungus can cause poisoning.
