Shrimp Ball Edamame Boiled Tofu

Ingredients: edamame, tofu (cut open), shrimp ball

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Put the shrimp ball on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Boil the edamame in a pot of clear water, blanch until it is cut and cooked and tender, and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the tofu and the sliced shrimp balls, stir fry.

Then, add the blanched edamame and add some water.
7.
Flip it to boil.
8.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
9.
Add the right amount of soy sauce.
10.
Season to mix and serve.
