Shrimp Boiled Tofu

Ingredients: sea prawns (cleaned), old tofu, chives

Put the old tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add the cleaned sea prawns, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Next, combine the cut old tofu, add an appropriate amount of water, stir and boil until cooked.

Then, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Season to mix well.
