Shrimp Congee

Prepare fresh prawns, remove the heads, and remove the shrimp threads and skins at the same time

Add salt, cooking wine, and black pepper to the shrimp, stir and marinate for ten minutes

Separately from the pot, pour the shrimp heads and green onion ginger, fry the shrimp oil on low heat, remove the shrimp heads and green onion ginger.

Pour the shiitake mushrooms into the pot and stir fry slightly

Pour in boiling water and cleaned rice, stir to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan

Simmer for 30 minutes

Pour in the shrimp and vegetable cubes and cook for a few minutes

Order some green cabbage leaves before coming out of the pot. Simply adjust the flavor with salt and chicken essence. You can leave the chicken essence if you don’t like it.
