Shrimp Croquette

Prepare relevant ingredients

After washing the prawns, remove the head and the shrimp line

Then peel off the shell of the shrimp except for the tail, and lightly stroke the abdomen with a knife to prevent the shrimp from curling after heating.

Put it in a small bowl, add a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for a while to get fishy and tasty

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, put them in a microwave oven on high heat and heat for 5~8 minutes

Tips:
1. It is better to choose a larger live shrimp
2. Be sure to remove the shrimp glands and shells, leaving only the shrimp tails
3. It is better to use coarse-grained breadcrumbs to look better. My house only had fine-grained breadcrumbs at the time, so the appearance was worse.
4. If you don’t have an oven, you can deep-fry it, it will be more crispy, but it’s more oily.
