Shrimp Dumpling King

Prepare the filling-an egg, please beat the froth and pour into the shrimp, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, pepper to the shrimp, and set aside for later use. Then shred the carrots, then cut into small pieces, wash the enoki mushrooms and cut into small pieces from the end, chop the meat into puree, add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, light soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Finally, put the carrots, minced meat, and enoki mushrooms in a larger bowl, pour a little sesame oil, add some chopped green onions and stir well.

Pour the orange powder into a large bowl, slowly add a small amount of boiling water several times, and pour while stirring.

Sprinkle some dried orange powder on the chopping board, pour the hot cooked orange powder in the bowl on top, and knead it into a soft dough.

Take a part of the dough and knead it into long strips, then cut into even small doses, and then flatten the small doses with the root of your palm. They are white and round, very cute.

Then put it on the chopping board and press down the small round cake with the blade of the knife.

Tips:
In order to be able to see the stuffing inside, the skin should be as thin as possible, and the boiled water does not have toughness and is very easy to break. Therefore, try not to add too much meat stuffing, and treat it with a very soft touch when wrapping. Try not to pack too complicated fancy, otherwise, just look at it and cry 😂️
