Shrimp Fried Chicken Chop

Wash the chicken breast and cut it in the middle (be careful not to cut it) and beat it with a meat hammer.

Tips:
Regarding the temperature adjustment according to your own fryer, it can also be used in the oven or deep-fried. Shrimp and cheese can be selected according to your own preferences. My family only uses mozzarella cheese, and the shrimp can also be left.
